Tre Williams is a true revelation

Bumped into the revelations featuring tre williams when i was checking out some new records :). This is real soul music at it's best. The debut LP entitled the bleeding edge is reminiscent of the stax and motown era of the 70's. The bleeding edge is an album worth checking out if you're tired of all that commercial ish out there. I have been a bit late discovering these cats, but it's been worth the delay.

A must purchase :)

Jaheim's debut album ghetto love was released in 2001(divine records - Kaygee of Naughty by Nature). Have to say ghetto love and still ghetto are me favourite jah albums. His fifth studio album(Atlantic records) is due out next February. It features the new single ain't leaving without u.

Been pondering for the past week going through records trying to come up with me favourites of the year. The freeloads of the year in no particular order: brittany bosco - spectrum 2.0 , soulbounce presents - men love mary j blige , raheem devaughn - art of noize , zo - just visiting too , marsha ambrosius - yours truly . The gigs of the year have been maxwell and eric roberson/curt chambers. The tracks of the year in no particular order : vikter duplaix - electric love , alicia - try sleepin with a broken heart , gary go - wonderful, n'dambi - can't hardly wait , maxwell - pretty wings , choklate - i'm sorry , bluey robinson - i know , sade - soldier of love.
